I train female athletes at all levels, whether you're signing up for your first event or have completed many. My focus is on strength and conditioning and overall fitness for triathlons, running events, and other pursuits. I provide personalized programs that enhance performance, prevent injuries, and optimize training schedules.
My approach promotes both peak performance and peak contentment, helping you enjoy the training journey while integrating it into your lifestyle. We’ll create a training experience that boosts your fitness and overall happiness.
I also offer nutrition guidance, time management strategies, and mindset coaching, specifically tailored for women, including considerations for the female cycle.
This framework gives you a snapshot of how you’re doing across eight key areas that shape your training and wellbeing:
1. Strength Training – building power, resilience, and injury-prevention.
2. Sport Specific Training – swim, bike, run, or whatever your event demands.
3. Fueling – nourishing your body for energy, performance, and recovery.
4. Recovery – sleep, rest, and active restoration to keep you strong.
5. Organisation & Lifestyle – fitting training into your real life, without burnout.
6. Mindset for Training & Event Performance – confidence, calm, and mental tools to handle the ups and downs.
7. Event Preparation – skills, strategy, and planning to show up ready on the day.
8. Progress Tracking, Reflection & Adaption – learning from your journey and adjusting as you grow.
This wheel is your guide to spotting imbalances, celebrating wins, and choosing your next focus — so your training feels aligned, sustainable, and built for you.

Most training plans were designed for men. Women have been told to just “get on with it” — to push harder, train the same every day of the month, and ignore the reality of our bodies. That approach leaves too many everyday female athletes feeling exhausted, frustrated, and questioning themselves.
My philosophy is different. I believe in Peak Contentment — finding that balance of strength, energy, and joy that makes training feel sustainable. When you honour your body with the right mix of fueling, recovery, mindset, and smart training, you unlock Peak Performance — not just on race day, but in how you feel every day.
This is about more than medals or PBs. It’s about showing up as the strongest, most confident version of yourself, while still living your life. It’s about giving everyday female athletes a framework that fits their physiology, their lifestyle, and their goals — so they can thrive in sport and beyond.
Peak Contentment is the foundation. Peak Performance is the outcome. And together, they form a manifesto: that women deserve to train in a way that works with their bodies, not against them.

I’m Kerie Dillon — a coach, PT, and everyday athlete myself. I’ve trained and raced in everything from team sports to triathlon to Ironman.
I know what it feels like to juggle my own training with full-time work as a PT and fitness instructor with life and responsibilities, and the reality of being a woman in a world of male-focused training plans. That’s why I’ve built my approach around empathy, science-backed methods, and the lived experience of getting it done day after day.
My mission? To help women step into endurance sports with confidence — and to show that your own version of Peak Contentment is always within reach.
