About Kerie Dillon

Hi, I’m Kerie Dillon - full-time personal trainer, fitness instructor, sports nutritionist, and the heart behind Kerie Dillon Coaching, as well as @keriedilloncoaching on Instagram.

With a BSc in Sport Science and accreditation from the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENr), I’m passionate about helping women become the strongest, fittest, and healthiest versions of themselves - not just for a few weeks, but for life.

My journey in health and fitness began with a love for movement, a fascination for nutrition, and a desire to empower others. Over the years, I’ve steered my focus from aesthetics to purpose-driven training.

I believe success in fitness doesn’t come from chasing a certain look, but from training with intention - whether you’re preparing for your first 5k, a triathlon, or simply want to perform your best in the gym.

Behind my qualifications, you’ll find someone who genuinely cares about your journey. I know that real achievement is reached when training feels meaningful, progress is celebrated, and every session is infused with a sense of “why.” It’s about making exercise fun, finding joy in each step, and creating lifelong habits that add years to your life and life to your years.

My goal is to guide you to become the strongest, healthiest woman you can be - for yourself. Every day is an opportunity for growth, and together, we’ll make sure each one is lived fully. I’m here to help you embrace the journey, celebrate small wins, and discover how rewarding the path to your goals can be - even when it’s tough.

Life is too short not to enjoy the little moments. Let’s make your health and fitness journey a rewarding adventure.

A Lifetime of Sport

I’ve always been on the move. My earliest photos are a blur of jerseys, muddy boots, and sideline shouts — soccer, football, camogie — you name it, I probably gave it a go. Sport wasn’t just something I did; it was part of how I grew up, how I connected, and where I learned about teamwork, grit, and having fun even when you’re covered in muck.

The Adventure Continues...

Fast forward a few years and the playing fields look a little different. These days, my “happy place” could be on a triathlon course, diving into a cold plunge after a long hike, wrapping my hands for a Muay Thai session, or lifting heavy in the gym. Ironman finish lines, trail runs, and ice-cold lakes have replaced muddy pitches — but the same love for challenge and adventure is still there.

Sport, in all its shapes and stages, has taught me a lot: that discipline can be joyful, that pushing yourself is where growth happens, and that balance matters as much as endurance. Whether it’s chasing a ball on the pitch or chasing a sunrise on a long run, I’ve always believed movement is about more than muscles — it’s about living fully, with energy and purpose.

My Values

  • Movement for Joy: Sport has always been part of my life — not just for competition, but for the sheer joy of moving, sweating, and seeing what my body can do.

  • Habits: I believe in steady improvement through habits that last. My diary and batch cooking are my secret weapons.

  • Coffee Shops: You’ll often find me journaling in a coffee shop, pen in hand and latte nearby, making sense of life and setting intentions.

  • Travel & Adventure: My most recent trip was Dingle for a race and my most recent holiday was to Thailand

  • Nature: Sunrises, sunsets, mountain trails, and the feeling of wonder and awe in nature remind me to stay grounded and grateful.

  • Always Learning: Personal development isn’t a side project — it’s a way of life. I’m constantly learning through courses, podcasts, and audiobooks, growing both as a person and as a coach.
