Article 1: Scope of Application

These General Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites or online sales platforms operated by Kerie Dillon Coaching.

The term “Client” refers to any natural or legal person who places an order with Kerie Dillon Coaching via our secure online payment platform or by other agreed means of payment.

Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

Article 1a: Age Limit

Age restrictions apply:

Clients must be over 16 years old to purchase physical or digital products.
Clients must be over 18 years old to purchase services such as coaching, workshops, or seminars.

We make every effort to restrict access to our services by minors. If it comes to our attention that a client or subscriber does not meet these criteria, their order or subscription will be cancelled and any payment refunded.

Article 2: Orders

All orders placed through Kerie Dillon Coaching’s website or online systems are considered firm and final upon confirmation of payment.

By placing an order, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

Article 3: Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€).
Kerie Dillon Coaching is not VAT registered, therefore no VAT is charged on any products or services.

Prices may change at any time. However, the price applied will always be that shown at the time of purchase.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-order items.

Payments can be made securely by credit or debit card through Stripe, our authorised payment processor.

All payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely. Responsibility for the security of the payment process rests with Stripe and cannot be attributed to Kerie Dillon Coaching.

Article 5: Delivery

Digital products (such as eBooks, online courses, and templates) are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

For physical products, delivery will be made to the address supplied by the client during the order process. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of delivery details.

In the event of a lost package, Kerie Dillon Coaching will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue or provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Article 6: Protection of Personal Data

Kerie Dillon Coaching respects your privacy and complies with the Data Protection Acts 1988–2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal data collected during the ordering process is used solely for order fulfilment, communication, and, where consent is given, for marketing purposes.

Article 7: Applicable Law

These General Conditions of Sale and all associated transactions are governed by Irish law.
In the event of a dispute, every effort will be made to reach an amicable resolution. Failing that, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
